Yemisi Peters’s Profile

Yemisi is the founder of Sparkling World Business & Events, a business idea that was birthed in 2013 while still in full employment. She has great passion for Planning & Organization and has a mission to contribute her quota to the Event Management profession by adding value through proper planning, excellent services, flawless & safe execution of events to the satisfaction of their various clients. She studied Mass-Communication at the Lagos State University and also got certified as a Coach, Speaker and Trainer at the John Maxwell Team, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and the International Public Relations Association, U.K. (IPRA) with over 25 years work experience with a fortune 500 company. She worked in various aspects of the Human Resource Management including having the responsibilities for managing and coordinating the company’s Training Administration Unit.

Also, she was involved in Learning & Development, facilitation of Organizational Development initiatives and other soft skills programs. She retired from employment in 2016 to start her own business. Her decision to retire early was to pursue her passion in the entrepreneurial world and also fulfill her purpose by impacting lives.
Yemisi is also an Associate Consultant with Sages & Scribes, a training consultancy firm where she facilitates trainings for organizations. She is a member of the Learning and Development Network International (LDNI), Meeting Professional International Texas, U.S.A. (MPI), Association of Professional Party Organizers and Event Managers of Nigeria (APPOEMN) and also an Associate member of Women in Management & Business. (WIMBIZ)

Yemisi has a very strong desire for growth through consistent learning and committed to living an intentional life of service to God and humanity. She is married and blessed with three amazing children.
